Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Policy. To return purchased goods, please contact us by email at info@mamosshop.lt or by phone at 0 677 59559

We will contact you personally upon receipt of your message to agree on the return procedure and conditions.

Goods that are not to your liking and are not of good quality may be replaced or returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, in accordance with the Rules for the Return and Replacement of Goods, approved by the Minister of the Economy in accordance with the Order of the Minister of the Economy No. 217 of 29 June 2001 on the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Replacement of Goods.

The costs of delivery of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The following conditions must be complied with when returning the goods:

1. The returned goods must be in their original packaging in good condition (you can cut the sealing strips on the outer packaging to inspect the goods);
2. Quality furniture that has been assembled or attempted to be assembled cannot be returned;
3. The product must be in good condition (no scratches on the surface, no damaged labels, no peeled protective films, etc.). This point does not apply in the case of returns of low-quality goods. Changes to the appearance of the goods or their packaging which were necessary to inspect the goods cannot be considered as substantial changes to the appearance of the goods;
4. The returned goods must be in the same configuration as when received by the Buyer;

In the event that the reason for returning the goods is faulty quality, we undertake to replace the faulty goods with goods of suitable quality, replace the faulty part or refund the money paid for the goods at our own expense

Refunds for returned goods will be made by bank transfer to the account or card from which you paid for the goods, within 7 working days from the date of delivery/receipt of the goods to the seller.
